This is a mandatory meeting for new members or prospective members.
We will speak to parents, then have a short practice session for new archers.
New archers who have never shot a bow before will need to attend a 2-3 week practice (once per week) in August before regular season practice begins. Those details will be posted some time in July of each year.
Match times listed are the actual starting time. Always arrive 15-20 minutes before your shooting time to get equipment ready.
These bigger tournaments require us to arrive a minimum of 1 hour prior to your shooting time. It's possible we may get called up early to shoot, and you don't want to miss it!
Regular season archery matches will have an admission fee of $5-$8 per person. Larger events may be as much as $10. Concessions are available at almost all events. Always make sure you have plenty of cash. Most events DO NOT accept Credit/Debit cards.
During the cold months, be sure to layer in the thin clothing. No bulky jackets. Always wear your team shirt to competition, and no open toe shoes.
